Hi Karolina, You are right. It is unfortunate that they do not offer the opportunity to use your entire social media outlets. Some organizations (ex: apple) try to capitalise on the creation of their own community. But without the exposure of already established organization (apple), it could be challenging to grow from this business model niche.
